To set an example, recognize the outstanding individuals, motivate the underperformers, and further stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of all employees, our company held the 2022 Outstanding Employee Award Ceremony in the Party Building Office on the afternoon of March 23rd. The company’s chairman Liu Qin, the administrative and personnel department, and the winning employees from each department participated in the event.
Before the award ceremony, Mr. Liu first thanked each of the winning employees for their contributions to the company in the past year, praising their dedication and calling on the entire company to learn from them.
