Recently, the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Project – “Research and Industrialization of Ultra-High Pressure, High-Speed, High-Efficiency Multi-Controlled Slide-Channel Piston Pump/Motor System” undertaken by Jiangsu Kaineli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and with Southeast University as the technical supporting unit, was successfully accepted by the expert group.
The project achieved remarkable results and made breakthroughs in core technologies.
This project focused on the core component of high-end hydraulic equipment – the ultra-high pressure, high-speed, high-efficiency multi-controlled slide-channel piston pump/motor system. It successfully launched high-performance axial piston pump/motor products of the slide-channel drive series. These products have significant advantages such as high pressure, high efficiency, long lifespan, and low noise, and can be widely applied in construction machinery, aerospace, military industries, etc., and are indispensable key components for the equipment manufacturing industry.
Collaborative innovation among industry, academia, and research institutions, promoting industrialization implementation
The project was carried out strictly in accordance with the tasks and schedules stipulated in the contract. With the close cooperation between Jiangsu Kaineli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Southeast University, multiple key technical problems were overcome, and the core technologies were made independently controllable. The acceptance expert group unanimously agreed that all tasks and indicators of the project met the contract requirements, the technical achievements were remarkable, and they had good prospects for industrialization.
Helping to domesticize high-end equipment and enhance industry competitiveness
The successful implementation of this project not only enhanced China’s independent R&D capabilities of high-end hydraulic components, but also promoted technological upgrading in related industries. In the future, the company will continue to deepen cooperation with universities and research institutions, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and contribute to the domesticization process of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
